The Bowen Island Community Foundation will be celebrating the official opening of the magnificent Garden Gateway in Snug Cove. A Ribbon-Cutting ceremony will take place at the Garden at 2:30pm, followed by a gathering at 3:00 pm at Doc Morgans on the lower deck.
